Not all products are refrigerated and preserved equally. To think that poultry and meat are refrigerated at same temperature as other products leads to a series of bad practises in the refrigeration industry with severe consequences for both the profitability of the companies and human health. For handling meat and poultry products from living animals to processing and frozen products, accurate refrigeration solutions are required.

Precise temperature and a bespoke refrigeration solution during processing increase the shelf life of meat and poultry products. Freezing of poultry meat is carried out in special freezing chambers. By-products obtained in the production process can be frozen in plate freezers or cooled after packing in cold rooms for subsequent storage.
