Frick India opened a new, state-of-the-art research and development complex. Located in Faridabad, Haryana, India, the testing lab is equipped with the newest and most advanced designing, engineering, and testing facilities for compressors, condensers, chillers, and other industrial refrigeration technologies to deliver the most innovative and highest-quality products to various industries.
Other features of our in-house R&D division include:
Frick India has earned a reputation for manufacturing the highest quality tooling for casting, moulding, forging, and stamping. Our company transforms parts into assemblies and functional products used around the world. Our ultra-modern "Inductotherm" induction furnaces have a single, highly reliable control board with Z control. A computer-controlled chemical analyzer, "Y Smart," was incorporated in our foundry lab for accurate chemical control of tensile strength, BHN, etc. Other than this, our foundry is equipped with machines for sand mixing, sand drying, sand reclaiming, and shot blasting. This enables us to produce castings as per ASTM standards.
Other characteristics of our foundry division include:
The most important factor influencing the quality of the finished product is the quality of a machine’s integral parts. Our in-house manufacturing capabilities enable us to roll out new products in a timely manner and develop the higher-strength parts required for high-end performance.
Our production facility includes modern, hi-tech CNC machines to ensure manufacturing quality in every finished product.
Machines include horizontal machining centers, vertical milling centers, and vertical and horizontal lathes.
Our experienced engineering department is continuously working to improve machining efficiency.
We strive to consistently improve our facilities and production processes in order to maintain quality standards that meet and exceed our customers' expectations. We have achieved the certifications of "Quality Management System," ISO 9001:2015, and ASME "U" Stamping Certification for Pressure Vessels. We have a NABL-accredited laboratory.
We provide complete capacity and efficiency testing for all screw block models and smaller models of screw blocks in our in-house testing rig, which is installed in accordance with ISO 917:1989(E) standards and the IS 10431 standard
The assembly of the parts of high-speed reciprocating compressors on modern, hi-tech CNC machines has been done in the compressor assembly section of the Frick India factory. We carry out initial test runs of the compressors on a test bed manufactured in the factory.
Frick India manufactures rotary twin screw compressor blocks in their state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at our factory. Our rotors are made from low-carbon steel forgings to the exacting tolerance of the latest "N" profile manufactured by a renowned company in the UK, M/s Holroyd.
We have an in-house testing rig at our factory as per the ISO 917:1989 (E) standard. While assembling the compressors, we adhere to all applicable industry regulations and international standards.

Frick India manufactures pressure vessels for various applications. The company has in-house facilities to design, manufacture, and fabricate pressure vessels of any capacity suitable for meeting the National Standards, TEMA, and ASME Section 8 requirements. We achieved ASME "U" stamping certification for pressure vessels. These heat exchangers have capacities that exceed 1000 TR on a single piece.
The company also manufactures heat recovery systems, including condenser coils and specialised condensers like chlorine condensers, CO2 liquefiers, compressor air chillers, and other process industry equipment.
All models of air cooling units are manufactured in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Faridabad. Manufacturing processes include the Amada Turrent Punch Press, Fin Press machine for different tubes, Tube Expander, Horizontal Expander, Automatic Tube Cutting Machine, Single Tube Cut-Off Machine, Press Break, Return Elbow Cross-Over Bender, Tube Swaging Machine, etc. in order to provide you with high-efficiency air cooling units as per your requirements.
FEATURES
In Sheet Metal Section we manufacture Plate Freezers and Blast Freezers under strict quality control. Our international-quality machines freeze products quickly while protecting their flavour and food value. Top and bottom surface contact ensures uniform freezing, resulting in a flat and neatly shaped package or bulk product.
Our plate freezers are self-contained, compact, and space-saving units. All models are equipped with a control panel and a hydraulic system.
The freezers are ready to be hooked up to any existing ammonia refrigeration plant. It is, therefore, simple to expand freezing facilities by just adding freezers to the present installation. The refrigeration unit can also be supplied in standard or custom configurations.
Features:
Frick makes PUF insulated panels that will be clad on both sides with 0.5 mm thick (TCT) pre-coated GI sheet in an off-white colour (RAL 9002), having a minimum 240 MPa steel grade confirming to IS 12436:1995 and a zinc coating of at least 120 gsm as per IS 277:1992, 5-7 microns of epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet, and a polyester top coat of 15 to 18 microns.
The external surface of the sheet will be pre-painted with a minimum 25-micron-thick regular modified polyester coating. Our PPGI sheets have a plastic protective film of at least 25 microns to make them scratch-proof.
The panels will be provided with cam locks and vertically joined together by a tongue-and-groove jointing system for leak-proof joints. The thermal conductivity of PUF will be (0.023 + 5%) w/m°k.
The blowing agent used in the process is R-141b, which is CFC-free. The PU foam will be self-extinguishing and fire-retardant, with a PUF density of 42 kg/cu m (+ 2 kg/m3).
